My path to becoming a counselor has been shaped by both education and a genuine passion for helping people. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2018, followed by a Master’s degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in 2021. I later completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2023 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2025.
In therapy, I focus on meeting people where they are. Every person’s story is different, and I believe counseling should reflect that. My approach centers on empathy, collaboration, and helping clients build the insight and skills they need to move forward with confidence and clarity.
Outside the counseling office, I’m a wife and mother who loves spending time with my family, being outdoors, taking walks in nature, and hanging out with my dogs. I believe balance and connection are essential to wellbeing—and sometimes a little humor helps too. After all, if my dogs can find joy in the little things every day, I think we can all learn something from that.
